Every project starts with a site visit and a clear written quote that sets out the scope, the specification and what is excluded. We will also tell you what we think is worth doing and what is not. If an idea will cost a lot and add little, we will say so.

We do not subcontract our building work out and disappear. You deal with the same people from the first visit to the final walk-round, and there is always someone accountable for the finished result.
